SAMPLING
Nicole offer's sampling to clients who want to manufacture through her partnering offshore factories only.
We have a huge array of fabrics and colours for you to choose from. If we don't have the fabric you want we will do our best to search the markets for you.
We can also develop customised trims and accessories to complete your designs.
If you choose to use a factory that you have an established relationship with Nicole is happy to liaise with the factory to develop your samples. The client will then oversee their own production.

Timeline
Nicole asks that you allow 6 weeks to develop 1st sample. Currently freight takes approximately 5 days from China and Bali.

Samples
The factories prefer to sample twice only. It is best to have a clear idea on what you want to develop. The initial fit sample will arrive in the studio where we can fit the garment and make alterations. The second sample we can also make changes. It is ideal at this point though the garment is approved.

Cost
Samples are charged per garment Starting at $50 for a basic garment up to $100 or more for a more complicated style.
Freight is an additional cost

Nicole will provide clients with powerful and unique pattern designs. All patterns have a comprehensive tech pack. These comprise of a specification sheet, design sheet, aditional pages available upon clients needs.
From beginning pattern making stage to final production Nicole will assist you. We deliver a high commercial standard of garments.

Currently offering digital pattern making using Pad software. Files are easily converted to DXF format to email to offshore factories.
For local market Nicole offers card pattern making and grading.

DIGITAL PRINTING

Partnering with our offshore factories we can do

PRODUCTION
Nicole has a strong commitment to production. It’s crucial to use the right combination of prints, fabrics, and colours in order to create a stylish and visually appealing design. From original concept to the final product Nicole is available to help you.
Our trusted production partners in China, Bali and Vietnam will provide samples and bulk goods of the highest standards.
Bulk garments will come with labels and swing tickets of your design. Each garment will be individually packaged and labeled on the outside of the bag.
You can use your choice for freight company to import goods.
Timeline
Most factories offer 32 days delivery from the date the Purchase order (PO) is placed. If fabric is not available from the mill, delays do happen.
When you place your PO a deposit is required to be paid. The amount varies between the factories. Once the deposit is paid fabric is ordered.

-China Production
MOQ 50 units per style over 4 sizes. This can be divided into two colour ways. The larger the order the more flexibility available.
Factories here give the best prices per garment if you can meet the MOQ. Large selection of fabrics, trim etc available

If you can place MOQ 300 units I can place work with a factory that provides a better price.

-Bali Production
MOQ 50 units per style over 4 sizes. This can be divided into two colour ways. The larger the order the more flexibility available.
Bali is most suited to using woven fabrics. Limitations on fabric and trims available.
​
-Vietnam Production
MOQ 30 units per style over 4 sizes. This is a new factory I am working with for those clients who want an option other than China.
